The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising workers, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily construction and waterproofing site activities • Manage labor teams and coordinate site work schedules • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion • Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers,



and workers • Maintain daily work reports and site records • Check material usage and site inventory • Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions • Monitor waterproofing application and finishing work • Report daily progress updates to management Requirements • Male candidate preferred • 0–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction field • Basic knowledge of construction and waterproofing work • Ability to manage workers and site activities • Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Two-wheeler preferred • Willingness to travel to project sites if required Preferred Qualifications • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred • Experience in construction or waterproofing projects is an advantage Benefits • Reliable job in a growing company • Friendly and supportive work environment • Career growth opportunities • Year-end bonus and incentives Working Hours ? 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ?
