Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site

- Manage Mistri, Labour and subcontractor teams

- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and project schedule

- Monitor daily productivity and manpower

- Check quality of brickwork, plaster, RCC, finishing and other civil works

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and project management

- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and material requirements

- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage

- Identify site issues and report them to the project management team

- Maintain site discipline and safety standards

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building construction/site supervision

- Practical knowledge of civil construction works

- Ability to manage Mistri & Labour teams

- Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

- Must be willing to travel to project sites

- ITI / Diploma / Civil Engineering background will be preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
