Role Description The Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction and installation activities at sports infrastructure project locations. This role coordinates site operations, manages contractors and vendors, and ensures work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The Site

Manager monitors quality of materials and workmanship, prepares daily progress reports, and communicates regularly with project managers and clients to address issues and align expectations.

Responsibilities include managing site resources,



enforcing compliance with regulatory and company procedures, and proactively resolving technical or logistical challenges. The role also involves conducting on-site inspections, supporting handover and commissioning of completed facilities, and maintaining a safe and organized work setting.

Qualifications

- Experience in site management or construction supervision, preferably in sports infrastructure, civil engineering, or related projects.
- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site team supervision.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity or project management tools.
- Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site, manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and uphold high standards of safety and professionalism.
