Role & responsibilities

- Site Maintenance & Engineering Head
- Lead engineering, maintenance & utility operations across the plant
- Plan and execute capital projects (CapEx), expansion & modifications
- Ensure plant reliability, uptime & cost optimization
- Drive process improvements, energy efficiency & automation initiatives
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance systems
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory & regulatory standards
- Manage budgeting, vendor development & contractor management
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Safety & Projects teams
- Lead, mentor & develop engineering team
- Green Field Project added advantage
