Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and company management.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth operations.

✅ Execution & Quality Control Oversee fabrication and erection of steel structures, equipment installation, and related works.

Verify alignment, level, and quality as per approved drawings and standards.

Ensure work meets contractual and quality specifications.

✅ Safety & Compliance Implement and monitor safety protocols at site.

Conduct tool-box talks and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific safety rules.





✅ Material & Resource Management Monitor and record material usage, handle site inventory, and raise indents for requirements.

Coordinate material delivery and avoid project delays.

✅ Documentation & Reporting Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for management and client.

Maintain project records including method statements, inspection reports, and measurement books.

✅ Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution Address site challenges, including technical queries, material shortages, or erection sequence issues.
