About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, production reliability, monitoring, and deployment processes. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

What You'll Do

- Own and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, availability, security, and cost.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployment/rollback processes.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive RCA and reliability improvements.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate operational tasks.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK/OpenSearch.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and preferably Kubernetes / ECS / EKS.
- Support production data pipelines, ETL workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and Redis environments.
- Implement infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management.




- Work closely with backend engineers on releases, infrastructure planning, and platform improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong production experience with AWS.
- Positive understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and IAM.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash; Python is a plus.
- Experience supporting high-availability, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with fintech, financial data, or data-intensive platforms is a plus.

You’ll be someone who can independently own production infrastructure, keep systems reliable and scalable, automate wherever possible, and ensure smooth deployments with minimal downtime.
