We are currently developing projects Trendcon Aurelius at Varthur , Bengaluru.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer who will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality monitoring, material management, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely and standards-based completion.

Key Responsibilities: Execute site work as per approved drawings and technical specifications. Supervise contractors, technicians, labor and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols. Monitor progress, prepare daily work reports and update project management team.





Verify measurements, material usage, and maintain material stock logs. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and procurement team. Implement quality checks, troubleshoot site issues and ensure defect-free execution.

Assist in BOQ verification, billing support, and documentation.

Required Skills &

Qualifications : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 4 years of experience in residential or villa / luxury housing projects preferred. Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination, and waterproofing methodologies. Ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and handle site challenges independently. Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
