Role & responsibilities

- Provide on-site IT support to users at the New Delhi office and manage issues through resolution or proper escalation.

- Troubleshoot Windows laptops, printers, docks, peripherals, meeting-room displays, Miracast, cabling and other workplace technology.

- Support Windows device provisioning, reimaging, re-provisioning and Windows Autopilot enrolment.

- Perform assigned endpoint administration activities in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.

- Provide smart-hands support to remote endpoint, security and network engineers.

- Use Event Viewer, system utilities, logs and diagnostic information to identify endpoint issues.

- Troubleshoot basic networking issues involving IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, cabling and physical connectivity.

- Maintain transparent ITSM ticket updates covering the issue, checks performed, observations, resolution and escalation requirements.

- Follow secure credential-handling practices and comply with applicable security and DLP controls.

- Provide professional support to users in English and Hindi,



including during urgent incidents.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, endpoint support, EUC or IT support.

- Strong Windows endpoint troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft 365.

- Understanding of Windows device provisioning, reimaging, policy application and endpoint diagnostics.

- Good knowledge of IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, cabling and basic network troubleshooting.

- Strong security awareness, including credential handling, MFA and endpoint security practices.

- Clear written documentation and professional communication skills.

- Fluent in professional English and Hindi.

- Comfortable working fully on-site.

- Experience with macOS, PowerShell, Bash, GPO, Microsoft Defender, Purview DLP or ITSM tools will be an advantage
