Role Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in gaining practical experience across site execution, industrial projects, plant infrastructure, installation, maintenance coordination, construction supervision, and engineering operations.

The Site Engineer will work closely with project, maintenance, civil, mechanical, electrical, production, procurement, contractors, vendors, and other plant teams to ensure site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to required specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in site engineering, project execution, construction, installation, maintenance, industrial projects, or manufacturing operations can apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, construction, EPC, infrastructure, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, agro-processing, power, or other industrial sectors are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of site execution, engineering drawings, project activities, construction or equipment installation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, site measurements, or project documentation will be an advantage.
- Exposure to civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, utilities, or equipment-installation work will be beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site industrial environment.
- Internship, industrial training, site exposure, apprenticeship, or academic project experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, timely execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
