Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Site Engineer role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work at client locations and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution, including supervising construction and installation activities, coordinating with on-site teams, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and design specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, tracking progress against project timelines, preparing daily reports, and resolving technical issues in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.



The role involves regular communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on requirements, manage site documentation, and support smooth handover of completed work.

The Site

Engineer will also assist in site inspections, resource planning, and continuous improvement of on-ground processes.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site supervision skills, including field coordination and daily site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles related to industrial infrastructure and safety systems.
- Background in civil engineering or related discipline, with experience in industrial or commercial projects.
- Understanding of quality control procedures, safety norms, and regulatory compliance on construction sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Proficiency in reading drawings, using basic engineering tools, and preparing technical/site reports.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, travel to sites as required, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Previous experience in PEB structures, fabrication, or industrial safety installations is an advantage.
