Ilios Power Pvt. Ltd. is a Solar EPC company engaged in the execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects. We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our 200 MW KUSUM Solar Project in Andhra Pradesh.

This is a site-execution role for professionals who have hands-on experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.

About the Role

We are hiring Site Engineers – Civil/Mechanical with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Solar EPC projects.

The selected candidates will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, contractor coordination, quality, productivity and timely completion of assigned civil or mechanical works.

Civil Site Execution

- Supervise and execute piling and foundation works for utility-scale solar projects.
- Manage civil works including MCR/ICR construction, roads, fencing, grading, leveling and associated site development works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.
- Monitor contractors, manpower, materials and equipment at site.
- Check work quality, dimensions, levels and progress as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and other site teams for inspections and clearances.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and required site documentation.




- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Mechanical / MMS Site Execution

- Supervise Module Mounting Structure (MMS) installation at utility-scale solar sites.
- Execute and monitor PV module installation, alignment and related mechanical works.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, tightening and installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and support required testing and inspection activities.
- Monitor contractor manpower, materials and daily productivity.
- Verify quantities and support BOQ/material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and other execution teams for inspections and clearances.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Solar EPC projects.
- Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of site execution.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and managing site manpower.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.

Civil Candidates – Relevant Experience





Candidates with hands-on experience in solar civil execution, particularly:

- Piling
- Foundations
- Grading & leveling
- Internal roads
- Fencing
- MCR/ICR construction
- Site development works

Mechanical Candidates – Relevant Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in solar mechanical/MMS execution, particularly:

- MMS installation
- PV module installation
- Structure alignment
- Installation testing/inspection
- BOQ and material reconciliation

Important

Solar EPC experience is mandatory.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in general civil construction, buildings, roads, infrastructure or non-solar projects will not be considered for this position.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked hands-on at utility-scale solar project sites.

Compensation & Perks

CTC: ₹5–8 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
