Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer Interior Fit-Out / Civil to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and furniture installation projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out, finishing, and furniture installation works at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during execution.

Site Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Manage site manpower and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and client specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects before project handover.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Promote secure working practices and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Material & Resource Management
- Plan and monitor material requirements for site execution.
- Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials.




- Verify material quality and quantity received at site.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site progress reports and project documentation.
- Verify measurements and prepare quantity records for billing purposes.
- Maintain records of work completed, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
- Assist in preparing project completion and handover documentation.

Client & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, office interiors, retail fit-out, furniture installation, or construction projects.
- Experience in turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage.
