- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour teams.

- Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings, structural drawings, specifications and approved details.

- Monitor quality of workmanship, materials and construction processes.

- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

- Check measurements, quantities and assist with billing and BOQ verification.

- Coordinate with the design team and communicate site issues promptly.

- Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.

- Ensure proper execution of civil works, finishes, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing and other site activities.

- Conduct regular quality checks and identify construction errors before completion.

- Maintain site documentation, photographs and material records
