Role Description: The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhattisgarh/Maharashtra, responsible for supporting the execution of civil works for Highway and Roads infrastructure and bridges. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing construction activities to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with standards. The role involves assessing site conditions, leading the construction of highway and roadside stormwater drains, and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation.

Engineer will also assist in project planning, cost estimation, and documentation, while ensuring timelines and standards are maintained for each event-related project.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals: robust knowledge of Civil Engineering, including site development and infrastructure planning.
- Professional practice: experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, contributing to design reviews, coordination, and on-site execution.




- Planning and project coordination: skills in Planning, scheduling, and managing civil works to align with event and facility requirements.
- Hydrology and drainage: understanding of Stormwater Management, drain construction, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and vendor teams.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Minimum experience of 4-5 years is required.
- Salary will be around ₹40,000 per month.
