Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Shop Drawing and Interior Designer based in Faridabad. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings and construction documentation for commercial, retail, hospitality, and airport fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent and brand standards. The designer will work on interior layouts, space planning, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams.





Daily responsibilities include reviewing design briefs, translating concepts into technical drawings, updating drawings based on feedback, supporting site execution teams with clarifications, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes attending coordination meetings, maintaining drawing records, and contributing to design improvements for fast-track rollouts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned layouts for commercial and retail environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to create precise shop drawings, detailed plans, sections, and elevations suitable for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; to select, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet design, durability, and cost requirements.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial or retail fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret and coordinate consultant and vendor drawings, and capability to work with site teams under tight timelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Faridabad and
