- Configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices and scalable architecture principles.

- Managed deployments across Dev, QA, and Prod environments using Update Sets, ensuring smooth and controlled releases.

- Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, web services, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document solution options, and translate needs into technical designs.

- Support platform enhancements, production support, defect resolution, upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.

- Participate in solution design reviews, technical governance, code reviews, and release readiness discussions.

- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue remediation across ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

- Partner with testing and business teams to support functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and production validation.
