Role: ServiceNow SAM Pro Specialist

Experience: 5–8 years overall; 3+ years in ServiceNow SAM Pro

Location: Bangalore / Hybrid

Role: Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro Consultant to support implementation of SAM Pro and Snow Software

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess existing ServiceNow SAM Pro and Snow configuration.
- Configure SAM Pro — software models, publishers, entitlements, license metrics, contracts and reconciliation.
- Configure software request, approval, allocation, reclamation and retirement workflows.
- Integrate and troubleshoot Snow ↔️ ServiceNow data synchronization.
- Perform software normalization, reconciliation and Effective License Position (ELP).
- Analyze license compliance, over-deployment, under-utilization and reclamation opportunities.




- Work with SCCM, Intune, Jamf and CMDB data for software asset reconciliation.
- Build SAM dashboards and reports.
- Support SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and conduct knowledge transfer

Must Have

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Software Asset Management & licensing knowledge

Snow Software ELP / reconciliation / normalization

- ServiceNow integrations / REST APIs
- Service Catalog / Flow Designer
- CMDB fundamentals
- SCCM / Intune / Jamf exposure
- Positive client-facing and documentation skills
