Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across IRM, BCM, and SecOps modules.
- Build reusable components using ServiceNow development capabilities including Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Implement and enhance third-party risk management workflows, including vendor onboarding/offboarding, risk evaluation, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Develop BCM capabilities such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), disaster recovery planning, crisis management workflows, and resilience readiness automation.




- Deliver integrations and operational dashboards by integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 10 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow development experience with IRM/BCM/SecOps workflows
- ServiceNow integration development using REST API integration patterns
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflow configuration and automation
- Service mapping and governance-aligned workflow implementation

Valuable to Have:
- JavaScript and GlideScript development
- Risk Management and SecOps domain experience
- ServiceNow IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integration implementation experience

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), MBA, or equivalent degree
