Role: ServiceNow Developer + SPM

Experience: 4–8 years

Location: Hyderabad,Bangalore.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
- Implement and support ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Strategic Planning.
- Configure forms, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, notifications, and reports.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements across the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

- Robust ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployment practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
