Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM modules.
- Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management solutions.
- Develop and configure:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Workflows
- Flow Designer
- ServiceNow integrations
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform CMDB and Asset Lifecycle Management activities.
- Support data reconciliation, data quality, and Discovery-related activities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- CMDB
- Asset Management
- Software Asset Management
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Lifecycle Management, and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Discovery is preferred.
- Exposure to HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM Pro (Software Asset Management) is preferred.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Solid troubleshooting and production-support skills.
