We are looking for

2 strong ServiceNow Architects to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations, platform governance, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define scalable

ServiceNow platform and solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.

- Lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.

- Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices

.

- Design solutions across

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine

.

- Lead integrations using

REST APIs, JavaScript, IntegrationHub

, and other enterprise integration technologies.

- Design workflows, data models, security frameworks, and process automation.

- Support platform upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid

ServiceNow Architecture experience

- Advanced ServiceNow configuration and customization

- JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations

- ITSM with exposure to

ITOM / ITAM

- Workflow and process optimization

- ServiceNow security, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance

- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management

Preferred:

ServiceNow certifications such as

CIS, CAD, or CTA and exposure to ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities.
