Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Service

Engineer will visit customer locations to install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting, providing technical support, and documenting service activities and findings. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, communicating clearly with customers about issues and resolutions, and following safety and quality standards.

The Service

Engineer will also support preventive maintenance programs,



assist in training users on equipment operation, and contribute feedback to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment or system issues efficiently.( Hybrid Inverters)
- Experience in field service operations, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and service reporting.
- Maintenance and repair skills for Hybrid Inverters, electrical, or electronic equipment, with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service tasks.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools for documentation, reporting, and using service management systems.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and surrounding regions for in office assignments as required.
