Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle after-sales service, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of LT, HT & ACDB Panels, along with customer-site support and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and after-sales service activities.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, repair, rectification & commissioning of electrical panels.
- Visit customer sites for service and technical support.
- Assist with panel modifications, wiring, and fault identification.
- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.




- Follow safety standards and ensure timely completion of service activities.

Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Panels / Switchgear / Service / Testing / Commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of electrical panels and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
