We’re looking for a SEO Strategist who can take ownership of our organic growth and build a scalable SEO strategy for a growing healthcare technology platform.

This is not just a content SEO role. You’ll work across Technical SEO, Content SEO, Local SEO, AEO/AI Search, Analytics and SEO strategy , while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing teams.

? What You'll Do

SEO Strategy & Research

- Build and execute monthly, quarterly and annual SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SERP research.
- Identify new organic growth and content opportunities.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions and visibility.

⚙️ Technical SEO

- Manage crawlability, indexation, canonicalization, sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed and website architecture.
- Implement and monitor Schema/Structured Data.
- Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Perform SEO audits and QA for recent website releases.

? Next.js / Modern Web SEO

- Work with our development team on SEO-friendly Next.js implementation.
- Review SSR/SSG/ISR, metadata, canonical URLs and structured data.
- Identify JavaScript rendering and indexing issues.
- Ensure scalable and SEO-friendly URL structures and internal linking.

? AEO & AI Search

- Develop strategies for Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and answer engines.
- Research and track AI-search prompts and brand visibility.
- Optimize content for AI discoverability and citations.
- Monitor competitor visibility across traditional and AI search.

? Content SEO





- Develop content strategies based on search intent.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, headings, FAQs, internal links and content structure.
- Identify content gaps and create SEO content briefs.
- Improve existing content based on performance data.

? Analytics & Reporting

- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Build SEO reports and dashboards.
- Track rankings, traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, backlinks and AI visibility.
- Convert data into clear and actionable growth strategies.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO and On-Page SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog .
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Next.js / React.js is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Schema, Core Web Vitals, SSR, sitemaps, robots.txt and canonicalization.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of Local SEO and link-building.
- Knowledge of AEO / GEO / AI Search Optimization is a major plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
