We are looking for an enthusiastic SEO Intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a strong foundation in search engine optimization by working on live client projects.

Role Overview

As an SEO Intern, you will support the SEO team in improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and implementing optimization strategies across multiple client websites. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Assist in creating keyword mapping and content optimization strategies.
- Optimize website pages for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify crawl, indexing, and website performance issues.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Assist in content optimization based on search intent and SEO best practices.
- Support backlink research and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Work with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.




- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of keyword research, search intent, internal linking, and website optimization.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, Semrush, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Personal projects, blogs, or websites demonstrating SEO knowledge are a plus.
