Role Description The SEO Expert will work full time from the office in the Mohali district, focusing on improving organic visibility and search performance for client websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing detailed SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and monitoring performance through web analytics tools. The role involves planning and executing link-building strategies, collaborating with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates.

The SEO Expert will regularly prepare performance reports, recommend data-driven improvements, and contribute to overall digital marketing strategies.





Qualifications

- Ability to conduct comprehensive Keyword Research and map keywords to content and site structure.
- Experience performing detailed SEO Audits, identifying technical and content-related issues, and suggesting fixes.
- Skill in planning and executing ethical Link Building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track SEO performance and user behavior.
- Solid grasp of On-Page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, and content optimization.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, indexation).
- Comfort collaborating with developers and content creators to implement SEO recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
- Prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role; agency experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
