About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO &

- PHP/WordPress Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in SEO, technical SEO, PHP development, WordPress, website optimization, and organic growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both SEO strategy and website development, with the ability to independently manage technical SEO requirements, optimize WordPress/PHP websites, improve website performance, and drive sustainable organic traffic and search engine rankings.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of projects, solving technical issues, and collaborating with SEO, content, marketing, and development teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO &

- Organic Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website crawling, indexing, rankings, and performance.
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, schema markup, canonical tags, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and other technical elements.
- Monitor and improve website performance on Google Search and SERPs.
- Develop and implement effective link-building and backlink strategies.
- Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Monitor algorithm updates and proactively recommend SEO improvements.
- Conduct SEO experiments and analyze results using data-driven approaches.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with content, marketing, paid advertising, and business teams to achieve overall marketing objectives.

PHP &
- WordPress Development





- Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize PHP-based websites and WordPress websites.
- Strong understanding of PHP, WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, custom post types, taxonomies, and database structure.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, bugs, functionality issues, and technical problems.
- Perform website migrations, updates, backups, and security-related maintenance.
- Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, scalability, and SEO.
- Improve website Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, plugins, and marketing platforms where required.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and other web technologies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website SEO and user experience.
- Implement SEO recommendations directly on websites wherever development support is required.
- Ensure websites follow SEO-friendly development and coding practices.

Technical SEO
- Conduct complete technical SEO audits for websites.
- Identify and resolve issues related to:
- Crawlability
- Indexability
- Website architecture
- Duplicate content
- Redirects
- Broken links
- Canonicalization
- Structured data/schema
- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt
- JavaScript rendering
- Page speed
- Core Web Vitals
- Mobile usability

- Manage and monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with developers and marketing teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Required Technical Skills

- 7–8 years of professional experience in SEO and/or web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP development.




- Strong expertise in WordPress development and customization.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO and On-Page SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of Google Ads/AdWords and Display Advertising is an added advantage.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, plugins, and website security.
- Knowledge of Git/version control will be an advantage.
