Role Description

Search is one of the most powerful channels for long-term digital growth. As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in improving the online visibility and organic performance of client websites through strategic, ethical, and data-driven SEO.

You will work closely with content, design, development, and digital marketing teams to improve website performance, search visibility, organic traffic, and overall digital growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies for client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Perform on-page optimisation to improve website performance and search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, intent-driven content.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, search visibility, and organic performance.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO, AEO, and GEO practices.
- Manage SEO activities across multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and timelines.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
