About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of professional experience to lead the design and user experience of our digital products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, product thinking, UI/UX principles, and Figma. Beyond creating visually attractive designs, the candidate must have the ability to understand a product, identify user needs, sense design problems, and translate business requirements into simple, intuitive, and effective user experiences.

We are looking for someone who can think like a designer and product thinker, not just someone who can create screens in Figma.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the complete UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final design and handoff.
- Understand the product, business objectives, target users, and user journeys.
- Analyse existing products and identify UX gaps, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems and UI components.
- Use Figma extensively for designing, prototyping, collaboration, and developer handoff.
- Convert complex product requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in product discussions and provide design recommendations based on user experience and product understanding.
- Conduct design reviews and usability evaluations.
- Ensure consistency across web and mobile applications.
- Understand existing design patterns and suggest improvements where required.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behaviour and user flows.




- Provide detailed design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Review implemented designs and ensure the final product matches the approved UX/UI.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices.

Must have skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Excellent understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
- Strong product understanding and product thinking.
- Ability to understand a product quickly and identify what works and what does not.
- Robust ability to sense user experience and design problems without relying only on predefined requirements.
- Excellent understanding of user journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Experience designing complex web and/or mobile applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful user experiences.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, consistency, and responsive design.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions with logical reasoning.

Product Design & Ideal Candidate

- Think beyond "How should this screen look?" and focus on "How should the user experience this product?"
- Be able to understand the purpose and business value of a feature.
- Have a strong instinct for identifying poor UX, unnecessary steps, confusing navigation, and usability issues.
- Be able to challenge requirements when they may negatively impact the user experience.
- Understand user behaviour and anticipate user expectations.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Have strong attention to detail and a good sense of design quality.
- Take ownership of the overall product experience rather than focusing only on individual screens.
