We are looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across global banking environments. /n As a Senior Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will spearhead large-scale business and technology transformation programs across Banking and Financial Services. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, driving governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives translate into successful outcomes. /n This is an excellent chance for professionals who have deep banking domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives across multiple markets and geographies. /n Location: Pune and Bangalore /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage large-scale transformation and change programs within Banking & Financial Services.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and change management activities.

- Define, document, and manage business and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, including Steering Committees (PSCs), Working Groups, and executive forums.

- Manage project RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, business cases, investment approvals, and delivery metrics.

/n

- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution.

/n

- Engage, influence,



and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

/n

- Support multi-market initiatives and global delivery models.

/n

- Champion Agile ways of working and collaborate with distributed teams across regions.

- Experience managing large, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
