Role Description The Senior Textile Print Designer for Menswear will lead the creation and development of textile print concepts and patterns tailored for menswear collections. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi involves researching trends, color stories, and market preferences, and translating these insights into original print designs suitable for various fabrics and product categories. The designer will prepare detailed print artworks and technical files, coordinate with fabric development and production teams, and ensure accurate execution from design to bulk production.

Day-to-day responsibilities include refining repeat layouts,



testing print placements, reviewing strike-offs, and maintaining design libraries and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with merchandisers, buyers, and management to align prints with brand positioning, cost considerations, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in textile print design for menswear, including pattern development, color separation, and repeat creation.
- Proficiency with relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software).
- Solid understanding of fabric types, printing techniques (screen, digital, rotary), and production constraints.
- Ability to research and interpret fashion trends, consumer preferences, and brand aesthetics into commercially viable prints.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sampling, production, merchandising, and quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in menswear or fashion textile design in a manufacturing or export-oriented environment is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is beneficial.
