Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments. Explain hospital services, doctors, treatments, and appointment details. Maintain accurate call records and lead follow-ups. Coordinate with the hospital team for appointments and patient requirements. Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets. Handle patient queries professionally and escalate concerns when required.

Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or healthcare.

Excellent

Hindi communication; basic English preferred. Good convincing, follow-up, and communication skills. Target-oriented and confident personality. Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Preferred: Hospital/Healthcare telecalling experience. Bring updated CV for interview.
