We are looking for highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the Indian Air Force (IAF) background to join our growing aerospace engineering team.

? Open Positions:

✔️ Sr. SME – Powerplant / Engine Systems (1 Position)

✔️ Sr. SME – Airframe / Mechanical Systems (1 Position)

? Eligibility Criteria:

- Retired IAF Ex-Service Personnel with 20+ years of technical experience
- Qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, A.M.E Diploma, or equivalent
- Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in:

Engine / Powerplant Systems

Airframe & Mechanical Systems
- Experience on helicopters will be an added advantage
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Solid mentoring and coaching capabilities for junior engineers
- Exposure to training departments and computer-aided training programs




- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert supporting engineering or IT-based aerospace projects will be a plus
