Role Description: The Senior Social Media Manager internship is an on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves leading day-to-day social media operations, including planning content calendars, overseeing content creation, and managing publishing across platforms. The intern will monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

Responsibilities also include developing social media strategies for brands and founders,



engaging with audiences, staying current with platform trends and best practices, and contributing ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to manage and grow brand profiles across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and business objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating explicit, compelling, and brand-aligned social media content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance reporting to track engagement, reach, and campaign results.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and current social media trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site in Lucknow and engaging with clients and team members in a professional manner.
