We are looking for Senior Scrum Master (Agile BDD TDD) as a Full Time for our IT Company.

Location- Bangalore

Experience- 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings to drive effective Agile delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members on Scrum and XP frameworks, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage and optimize product and sprint backlogs, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report progress using Jira, Rally, Digital.ai Agility, or Agile DevOps Boards to enable data-driven decision making.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies and risks across teams using program boards and proactive communication.
- Lead Agile estimation and planning sessions, ensuring accurate sizing and forecasting for deliverables.
- Support Continuous Exploration, Integration, and Deployment practices by collaborating with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD workflows.
- Promote transparent communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams using digital tools.

Required Skills

- Expertise in Scrum Framework including events, roles, and artifacts.
- Proficient in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.




- Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Digital.ai Agility, and Agile DevOps Boards.
- In-depth knowledge of XP Framework including Test Driven Development (TDD) and refactoring.
- Robust Agile estimation techniques and backlog management.
- Advanced proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, JFrog, Nagios, Splunk, and SonarQube.
- Expertise in user story creation and product backlog management.
- Experience in Continuous Exploration, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment practices.
- Skilled in program board management and dependency/risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience implementing Agile practices in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting for performance optimization.
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Proficiency in automation and integration of Agile tools with CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Additional Agile or DevOps certifications such as SAFe Agilist or Certified Agile Coach.
