Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant with robust expertise in Sales &

- Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution Transportation Management (LE-TM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, enhancements, integration, and business process optimization.

Experience in the manufacturing or cement industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1.

SAP SD Functional Expertise :

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes including :

i.

Sales Order

Processing ii.

Pricing

Procedures iii. Billing iv. Shipping &

- Transportation v.

Credit

Management

- Perform requirement gathering and prepare solution proposals.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues.

2.

Logistics

Execution &

- Transportation (LE-TM) :
- Configure and support Shipment and Transportation processes.
- Handle Transportation Planning and Shipment Execution activities.
- Ensure seamless integration between SD and LE-TM processes.
- Requirement gathering from user and solution proposal.
- Stock transfer order process - Intercompany.
- Stock transfer order process - Intracompany (intrastate/Interstate).
- Credit management with workflow.
- Enhancement Sales order/Delivery/Invoice.
- Integration with Third party system with API.
- Eway bill, E-invoice functionality.
- SD-MM-FI integration knowledge.
- Shipment process (LE-TM).
- GST Functionality.
- Reports development.

3.

STO Process Management :

- Manage Intercompany Stock Transfer Order (STO) processes.
- Manage Intracompany STO processes for :

i.



Interstate transfers ii. Intrastate transfers

- Troubleshoot and optimize inventory movement processes.

4. Integration &

- Compliance :
- Strong understanding of SD-MM-FI integration.
- Work on integrations with third-party systems through APIs.
- Implement and support :

i. E-Way Bill ii. E-Invoicing iii. GST Compliance Requirements

- Coordinate with technical teams for interface developments.

5. Enhancements &

- Developments :
- Prepare Functional Specifications for ABAP developments.
- Handle enhancements related to :

i.

Sales

Orders ii. Deliveries iii.

Billing

Documents

- Support report development and custom solutions.

6.

Credit Management :

- Configure and support SAP Credit Management.
- Implement approval workflows and escalation mechanisms.

Required Skills :

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field.
- SAP Certification in SD is preferred.
- Experience in Cement Industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 6 years of SAP SD experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in LE-TM.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Ability to work directly with business users and client stakeholders.
