Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and support the complete application development lifecycle. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA, and release teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Analyze current and future-state business processes and define Salesforce solutions.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Design functional solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Define Salesforce objects, workflows, Flow, validation rules, approvals, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
- Collaborate with architects and developers on Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations, and custom solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect triage, release planning, and production stabilization.
- Define integration and data requirements across ERP, CRM, billing, marketing, identity, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate UAT, regression testing, business validation, and sign-off.
- Support deployment, release readiness, hypercare, and post-production activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, dependencies, scope,



and delivery priorities.
- Maintain functional specifications, process maps, user stories, decision logs, and knowledge documentation.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, CRM Consulting, Application Development, or Enterprise Solution Delivery.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flow, validation rules, approvals, reports, dashboards, and security model.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/ALM, including Sandboxes, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, testing, release management, and change governance.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams.
- Ability to mentor junior Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
