Job Title : Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 4-6 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

- 4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Sales Cloud expertise.
- Experience with Data Loader and data migration.
- Experience with UAT and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, and Forecasting.
- Advanced Salesforce Flow and automation experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Solid requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.




- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Forecasting.
- Design and implement Salesforce Flow and automation.
- Configure approvals, validation rules, business processes, and sales workflows.
- Design and maintain Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Support Lead-to-Opportunity and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce functional and configuration issues.
- Coordinate UAT and production releases.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Work with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering,
