About the Role

Sterlion Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and resultoriented Senior Sales Manager / Business Head with strong experience in the NBFC/financial services sector and an established network with DSS/DSA channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate business, manage sales teams, develop DSA/DSS relationships, and consistently deliver high-value business volumes.

Key Responsibilities The candidate should have:

- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in sales/business development, preferably in an NBFC, bank, lending, or financial services company.
- Strong existing connections with DSS channel partners.
- Proven track record of achieving substantial monthly business volumes.
- Experience in handling and developing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the NBFC lending and sales ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship-management and negotiation skills.
- Strong market presence and ability to independently generate business.
- Ability to work with aggressive targets and take complete ownership of business numbers.
- Positive communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.




- Candidates with an established network and demonstrable business book will be strongly preferred.

Performance ExpectationsThe selected candidate will be expected to build and maintain a strong business pipeline and work towards achieving the assigned ₹2–3 Crore business target. Performance will be reviewed periodically based on:

- Business generated and disbursed
- Achievement against assigned targets
- New DSS/DSA onboarding
- Quality of business and portfolio
- Team productivity
- Conversion ratio and pipeline strength
- Market development and revenue contribution

Compensation₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, existing business network, and demonstrated track record. Additional performance-based incentives may be offered based on business achievement and company policy.
