We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism and a proven track record of successful end-to-end RPA implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Perform end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define RPA value propositions.
- Develop and configure automation processes to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, including mainframe applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
- Document RPA solutions and processes for future reference and maintenance.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
- Proficient in basic programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Python).
- Strong experience with APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with OCR tools and their integration with RPA solutions is a plus.
- Strong experience with mainframe applications .
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end RPA implementations.
