- Review and understand Tech Pack, specifications, construction details, approved samples and quality standards.
- Conduct and participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and communicate all quality requirements to factories.
- Ensure fabric, trims and accessories are inspected and approved before bulk production.
- Coordinate fabric shade approvals, trims, accessories and artwork approvals
- Follow up with factories on fabric booking, trims, production planning and capacity
- Coordinate with sourcing teams for fabric and trims card approvals and line plans.
- Ensure production starts only after all required approvals and pre-production requirements are completed.
- Closely monitor cutting, sewing, finishing and packing progress.
- Monitor production lines, production status, shipment readiness and delivery schedule.
- Provide regular updates to teams regarding production, quality and shipment status.
- Conduct Inline, Midline and Final Inspections as per defined AQL standards.
- Verify garment measurement, workmanship, construction, appearance, shade, fit and functionality.
- Monitor the implementation of approved PP samples, size sets, pilots and Interim Audits before Final audits.




- Ensure required Fabric Package Tests (FPT), Garment Package Tests (GPT) and other product testing are completed.
- Identify quality risks at an early stage and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Work closely with factory production and QA teams to eliminate recurring defects.
- Ensure final shipment is released only after meeting required quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, defect analysis and factory performance reports.
- Conduct quality training and awareness sessions for factory QA/production teams wherever required.

Required Skill Set:
