Position Overview:

The Senior Product Executive will support the Product Management function by managing product planning, providing technical support, coordinating new product launches, and ensuring the availability of accurate product information and marketing collateral. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Design, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of product-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning

- Plan product orders based on sales forecasts,



inventory levels and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Monitor stock availability and recommend replenishment plans.

Technical Support

- Provide technical guidance and product selection support to Sales, Design and Operations teams.
- Resolve product-related technical queries and recommend suitable alternatives.
- Support project-specific technical discussions and application recommendations.

New Product Launch

- Prepare all product launch documentation, including datasheets, technical specifications, installation guides, presentations and price lists.
- Ensure timely readiness of all documents before product launch.
- Coordinate internal product launch activities across departments.

Marketing Coordination

- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop product catalogues, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Review and approve technical content used in marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency of product specifications across all marketing and sales documents.

Product Labels & Artwork

- Coordinate the development and approval of product labels, packaging artwork, barcodes and product stickers.
- Verify the accuracy of product information, regulatory markings and branding before printing.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely availability of labels and packaging materials.

Product Documentation

- Maintain and update product master data, technical documents, FAQs and SOPs.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, standardized and easily accessible.
- Support PI verification and product specification validation.





Key measures of success:

The Senior Product Executive will be considered successful when they:

- Become the primary technical support resource for internal teams.
- Reduce dependency on the Product Manager for routine operational and technical activities.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of product launches.
- Improve inventory planning and product data accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality technical documentation and training.
- Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Design, Procurement, Stores and Operations.
- Drive continuous improvements in product management processes and operational efficiency.

Key Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of lighting fixtures, specifications, and applications
- Attention to detail in preparing BOQs and reviewing layouts.
- Communication and coordination skills for interaction with architects and internal teams.
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret architectural drawings and lighting plans.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and/or lighting design software (e.g., Dialux).
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team collaboration and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination roles
- Familiarity with dispatch processes and inventory flow
- Working knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Experience in liaising across multiple departments is a plus
