Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams to define the product vision, converting business objectives and complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Lead the creation of high-quality, user-focused design solutions for both web and mobile applications, prioritizing seamless usability and visual appeal.
- Gain a thorough understanding of user personas and journeys to create meaningful and effective product experiences
- Demonstrable AI fluency — you can name the AI tools you use, the exact steps of your workflow they sit in, and what changed about your speed or output. Generic claims won't pass screening; specifics will
- Develop user-centric designs that align with business goals and product strategy.
- Own and drive the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Use data and user feedback to refine and improve design decisions
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices.
- Drive a high level of visual fidelity across products.



Pay a high level of attention to details in design.
- Provide and solicit actionable feedback to move designs forward.
- Systems thinking and experience building robust Design Systems and components in Figma
- Can communicate and defend your design decisions, but also have the humility to acknowledge feedback and make changes when required.
- Effectively organize and communicate your thoughts to teammates and across the organization.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of proven work experience as a Product/UI/UX Designer or similar role with at least 3 years of working experience on a SaaS product.
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in design, certification in UX, or relevant qualification.
- Strong UI and UX craft — a portfolio that shows clear ownership of high-impact surfaces, with the problem, your decisions, and the measured outcome
- Strong desire to see how Designers can support the company’s goals, team initiatives, and the broader product vision
- You're an expert in Figma and enjoy working with modern AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and product development without compromising design quality.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
- Team player, willing to help and share knowledge with team members, open to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Should have good visual design skills, and a passion for high quality fit and finish. Should have worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional designs that scale.
