Role Description The Senior Power Platform Consultant is a full time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, architecting Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports, and integrating these solutions with existing systems and data sources. The role includes leading client workshops, creating technical and functional documentation, mentoring junior consultants, and providing best-practice guidance on solution governance, security, and lifecycle management.

The consultant collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals, while supporting ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Build complex business workflows and automation using Power Automate.
- Work extensively with Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, security, and business rules.
- Develop and integrate solutions with Dynamics 365 CE / D365 F&O;.
- Integrate Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint,



Azure, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Define solution architecture, development standards, security, and governance practices.
- Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Implement Power Platform ALM, including environments, solutions, deployment, and release management.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
- Conduct code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and consultants.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and development teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / D365.
- Strong experience with Power Apps.
- Strong experience with Power Automate.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365.
- Good knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Azure / Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM, environments, solutions, security, and governance.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with D365 CE / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Experience with D365 F&O; / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
- Experience establishing Power Platform governance / Center of Excellence practices.
