Planning Experience with Real Estate companies of 4+ years in Microsoft Projects (MSP).

- Ensuring the overall Planning of the Construction schedule.(Construction of civil, finishing, MEP and infra, contractors schedule, drawing schedule, and resource allocation productivity, permissions for OC)
- Tracking & Co-ordination (Contractors, Consultant & PMD) - Resolving Bottlenecks.
- Cash flow Preparation.( project Monthly, Quarterly , Monthly )
- Preparing quarterly Schedule, PPC, WPR, DPR and to monitor and track progress of work, giving updated weekly target to the team .
- Control and follow-up for RCC drawing, MEP drawing, Façade drawing, Railing Drawing, Fire chute & Architectural drawing.
- Reducing TAT (Turnaround time) and delay analysis report.




- Raising Milestone of Project.
- Co-ordinate with different departments, liaise with site team and propose techniques for optimizing time and cost.
- Monitoring and tracking of requisition to delivery of materials.
- To coordinate review meetings with management, consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.
- Ensuring follow up on drawings, designs, tenders and material procurement and contracts.
- Value Management, Cost Variance Report.
- Value Engineering
