Role Description The Senior Payroll Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multi-entity clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regional regulations. Day-to-day activities include validating employee data, calculating wages, deductions, and garnishments, managing payroll taxes, and handling payroll-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders.

The specialist will collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain data integrity,



support audits, and implement payroll best practices. The role also includes identifying process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to a high-quality client experience on the ePayslip platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and India Payroll Processing, including end-to-end cycle management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Garnishments and other statutory deductions accurately and confidentially.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with cloud-based payroll systems; experience with SaaS platforms or HCM integrations is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education in HR, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior or lead payroll role are highly beneficial & immediate joiner
