? ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior ODSP / Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist with 10–12 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Data Migration, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Permissions, Security, Governance, and Migration Planning.

The candidate will independently manage large-scale OneDrive and SharePoint Online (ODSP) migrations, covering assessment, planning, execution, validation, troubleshooting, and post-migration support.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead enterprise-scale OneDrive & SharePoint Online migrations.
- Assess file shares, SharePoint environments, and user data for migration readiness.
- Develop migration strategies, schedules, migration waves, and cutover plans.
- Perform data discovery, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online & OneDrive for Business.
- Manage permissions, access controls, sharing settings, and security configurations.
- Use Microsoft and third-party migration tools for large-scale migrations.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, validation, and remediation.
- Troubleshoot migration failures, permissions issues, synchronization, and data integrity concerns.
- Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, Network, Endpoint, and Application teams.
- Prepare migration runbooks, technical documentation, status reports, and procedures.




- Ensure enterprise security, governance, retention, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to migration engineers and project teams.

Candidates should have proven experience managing enterprise-scale migration programs and multiple migration waves, with strong PowerShell, security, identity, permissions, compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
