About the Role-

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Executive for the Ethical Ayurvedic/Pharmaceutical Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating doctor prescriptions, managing stockists and leading a team of Medical Representatives across Faridabad, Gurgaon and Haryana NCR.

Key Responsibilities-

- Promote Ethical Ayurvedic / Pharmaceutical products to Doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions through effective doctor visits and product detailing.
- Manage relationships with Doctors, Chemists, Stockists and Distributors.
- Handle, train, motivate and guide a team of Medical Representatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
- Monitor stock availability and product movement.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.




- Ensure effective execution of sales plans across the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements-

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Ethical Pharmaceutical Sales or Patent & Proprietary Ayurvedic Formulations.
- Experience in dealing with Doctors, Chemists and Stockists.
- Prior experience in handling Medical Representatives / field sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of Faridabad, Gurgaon and Haryana NCR market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong leadership, territory management and target-achievement abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Experience- Candidates from reputed Pharmaceutical / Ethical Ayurvedic companies with proven experience in doctor prescription generation and team handling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
