Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and revenue targets for assigned consumer banking products across the designated area
- Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and sales executives to achieve individual and team objectives
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the assigned portfolio
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management




- Participate in product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more members
- Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in relevant banking systems and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance
