nSenior Medical Coder – ICD-10-CM

nMadurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)

nExperience: 3–5 years

nWhat you'll do:

n

n
- Review US clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes
n
- Validate diagnosis coding, sequencing, and specificity
n
- Support claims, denial analysis, and RCM workflows
n
- Mentor and quality-check junior coders' work
n

nWhat we're looking for:

n3–5 years in US Healthcare Medical Coding

nStrong ICD-10-CM expertise

nUnderstanding of US medical billing & RCM

nCPC/CCS/CCA certification preferred

nGood spoken & written English





nJunior Medical Coder / Trainee – ICD-10-CM

nMadurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)

nExperience: Fresher

nWhat you'll do:

n

n
- Learn ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding under senior guidance
n
- Support billing, claims & insurance-related tasks
n
- Attend structured training on US RCM processes
n

nWhat we're looking for:

nLife Science/Healthcare background or coding training preferred

nStrong English comprehension (for US clinical docs)

nAttention to detail & willingness to learn

nCompensation: ₹12K–₹20K/month (based on qualification)
